I offer virtual psychotherapy sessions for clients located throughout New York State.

No—you don’t need to have everything figured out. We can explore what you’re looking for together.

The first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you in. We’ll begin to explore your goals and what kind of support feels helpful, starting at your pace.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions are subject to the full session fee.

My sessions are collaborative and paced with care. We focus on what feels most important to you, using both verbal and creative approaches when helpful.
